Okay, hold your comments about not quitting one’s day job. For those of you who don’t recognize Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, this obviously isn’t his day job. Harper was photographed at a construction site while promoting a federal government program encouraging home renovations a few years back. We don’t know how handy Prime Minister Harper is, so, unconventional placement of his left hand aside, it’s difficult to judge whether he knew what he was doing with this nail gun “prop.” However, what’s missing from the picture is any form of personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection.
