OSHA issued the citations following an investigation that began Jan. 3, 2008. The citations allege failure to provide machine guarding on belts and pulleys, failure to identify confined spaces and have a procedure in place for summoning rescue personnel, failure to provide energy control procedures and failure to provide adequate washing facilities for employees working with corrosives.
