Ontario Ministry of Labour investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fatality at a metal products plant in Windsor, ON.
A 45-year-old woman died after a 2,200-kilogram metal coil rolled onto her. An industrial crane was used to lift the coil from the victim, Cindy Libby, who never regained consciousness before being pronounced dead in hospital.
