A worker who was loading an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) onto a flat-bed truck was fatally injured when the ATV flipped backwards and pinned him. The company and its officials faces fines of up to $500,000 plus jail time for OHS charges, which include failing to properly restrain equipment to eliminate dislodgement and failing to ensure that workers wore proper protective headgear.
