A 28-year-old father of three was killed while driving a concrete pumper truck.
Witnesses at the driver’s last stop stated that the operator had difficulty setting the brakes. However, he eventually got them to work and proceeded to the next delivery. The truck was on a downhill grade when the brakes failed, causing the operator to lose control. The truck went through an intersection with a stop sign, then down an embankment and became airborne. The driver died of a head injury.
