This photograph shows what happened when a garbage truck driver forgot to lower a raised bin at Coquitlam Centre Mall near Vancouver, Canada. In spite of the fact that the truck cab was crushed by a beam that came crashing town, the driver survived, but not without injuries. (CBC News)
