A truck traveling over the speed limit hit a traffic control vehicle and burst into flames in a rollover. The lone driver had passed several vehicles before smashing into the rear of a signal truck. The signal vehicle was equipped with a flashing arrow warning drivers to change lanes because of construction ahead. The driver of the signal truck was injured, and the driver of the truck was burned to death.
