Scheduling Reports
In addition to accessing employee data, Analytics gives you a variety of scheduling options that allow you to export and send reports on a custom schedule.
To schedule a delivery of data, click on the three dots on the top right of the analytics screen. From Here you will be able to see any schedules that are already set up or you can start a new one.
You can schedule reports to for delivery in a variety of intervals, including daily, weekly, monthly, or even hourly. Reports can even be sent out by the minute if needed. This is called Advanced Scheduling.
You can select how you want the data delivered, what format you want, the trigger and delivery. It’s important to note that you will need to select all results under advanced options since a regular report is limited to 500 rows. Use this if you have more results that you want to get in your report. You can also select to only send the report if there are actually results in the table.
