The good news is that the worker is wearing a hard hat. The bad news is that he’s wearing it backward.
Although it may look cool, putting the brim in back compromises the protection the hard hat provides.
The moral: Unless the manufacturer specifically says it’s okay, don’t let your workers wear their hard hats backward.
